I just wanted to take a moment and relay my experience at Washington Street Dentistry. The office is modern and very cosmopolitan. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while there. Alison was wonderful when we encountered a payment snafu. She was able to steer me to a solution. Ashley was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I believe she is up to date and current on all information and practices. Dr. Matt Church was as professional a dentist as I’ve encountered.

Well, it's official. Choosing you and your office staff for my dental needs last fall was the best decision that I could have made in all of 2008. Being diagnosed with periodontal disease at the age of 25, I have had more than my share of experience with dental offices and procedures in the last 25 yrs. I must say that I have never felt more comfortable, not only with the medical recommendations and comfort in the way that procedures are administered but by the professionalism and personal touch care from your office staff. Obviously, you and all of your office staff are well versed in the emotional turmoil and anxiety from a patient perspective. I can't tell you how devastating it was to have all of your upper teeth removed and be fit for a denture at such a young age. Your staff took the extra time to insure that I was happy with the fit and helped to give me confidence in it's appearance afterwards. Then, I got an unexpected personal phone call from you(Dr Church) to check to see how I was doing. That is unheard of these days. I used to experience major anxiety prior to dental visits. However, you're pleasant and professional staff has made the fears go away. I cant tell you how pleased I am with the progress in our treatment plan and the services you provide.
